In fact, one study shows that if you get just one hour of regular exercise, you can increase your life expectancy by two hours. Walk one hour on a regular basis; expect to live two hours longer…Do the math. Imagine what you could do with all that extra time!

That's true just working for few minutes changes your life. Whenever one may get time whether at workout , one should keep on walking and even one should eat healthy diet . This will add more years to your life in a healthy way.

This is a simple premise, but is the basis for Start! Movement. Studies have shown that you can get about two hours in the life of every hour of regular vigorous exercise you do. We could not find a better two-for-one thing, if you tried! It is a good thing. American labor is increasingly sedentary. That is why are growing belts. So are the costs of health care and the number of preventable diseases.

I think that it is nice, walking is really good for our health and also we should take proper diet, for living healthy. I think that we should walk every in the morning and take proper diet, so we can live long.
